Junior Supply Production Planner

About the role

The Junior Supply Production Planner will support production planning across three plants, acting as the main liaison between the manufacturing sites and the corporate planning team. You will help ensure that make‑to‑order and forecast‑driven products are scheduled efficiently, aligning with quality and supply‑chain standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign‑based production planning for make‑to‑order and forecast products.
• Conduct weekly reviews of the production plan, focusing on high‑runner items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date production data in SAP and coordinate detailed packaging plans with the warehouse team.
• Provide daily order‑fulfilment dates to the Customer Service team and collaborate with material planners and expeditors.
• Analyse inventory levels, ageing stock and production capacity to build realistic plans.
• Monitor stock levels to guarantee operational continuity and propose process‑optimisation solutions.
• Support the Supply Planning Lead with master‑data management.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Previous exposure to supply‑chain functions is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive, team‑oriented with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP (production planning module).
