About the role
The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to align training initiatives with the hotel’s mission and luxury service standards. You will partner with property leadership to identify development needs and deliver programs that enhance product knowledge, customer service, and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and design customized training curricula.
- Facilitate delivery of both property‑specific and corporate training sessions.
- Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using guest satisfaction data, comment cards, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing feedback to employees and managers to reinforce service excellence.
Required profile
- Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field plus 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with a certified trainer credential (no experience required).
- Demonstrated ability to lead training initiatives in a hospitality environment.
