Leasing Professional (Temporary) – Naples

About the role

Greystar is seeking a temporary Leasing Professional to support the Marlowe Naples community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through all phases of the leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
• Ability to perform all leasing activities, including inspections and documentation.
