Lifestyle Production Planner Internship

About the role

Join Ferrari’s Lifestyle Supply Chain & Program team in Maranello as a Production Planner Intern. You will support the planning and coordination of collection development, ensuring that luxury products reach retail, e‑commerce, B2B and LBE channels on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of collection development with merchandising, product development, production, quality and logistics teams.
• Oversee production planning and delivery schedules, aligning them with company priorities.
• Help ensure timely collection delivery and product availability across all sales channels.
• Monitor daily production progress together with the Production team.
• Prepare and share regular updates on production status and key milestones with stakeholders.
• Assist in managing global supplier interactions during order negotiations and production follow‑up.
• Contribute to raw‑material planning and ordering to match production needs.
• Support monitoring of operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate, current Master student, or final‑year student in Management Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for automotive and innovative luxury solutions.
• Previous internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and responsibility awareness.
• Motivation to adapt to Ferrari’s culture and take on challenges.
• Fluent English.
• Data‑driven academic approach is a plus.
