Logistic operator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Operator to run and maintain cable winding and cutting machines at our production site. The role ensures efficient, safe winding of cables onto reels according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and configure cable winding machines for each production order.
• Operate the machine to wind cables onto reels or spools.
• Inspect cable quality during winding and identify any defects.
• Measure cable length and perform precise cutting as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality‑control staff and maintenance technicians to keep production flowing smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience operating industrial machinery, preferably cable winding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications and work instructions.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication with other shop floor personnel.
