About the role

Join Bosch’s manufacturing team in Florence, KY as a Maintenance Technician. You will ensure equipment reliability by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of systems while benefiting from a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspections, oil changes, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Maintain and improve robotic and automated equipment, diagnosing sensor, actuator, servo drive, and control‑system issues.
• Support PLC programming updates and system enhancements.
• Operate machine‑shop tools including lathes, grinders, and welding equipment as needed.
• Use diagnostic instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to resolve equipment problems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and operations to boost reliability.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lb and work safely around moving equipment.
