Maintenance Technician – Allura Property

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s Allura property in Naples. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all required maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and maintain paperwork for tracking purposes.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to perform a variety of mechanical and general maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail in inspections, documentation and inventory tracking.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
