Maintenance Technician – Marea

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Marea property in Naples. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This is a temporary position (up to 90 days) with the possibility of permanent placement based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and maintain up‑to‑date paperwork.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts whenever possible and minimizing material waste.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and code standards.
• Good organizational skills for tracking inventory and paperwork.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in various areas of the property.
