About the role
The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead its social media presence for the 2026 season. You will shape the hotel’s online voice, engage guests and prospects, and support the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activities across all social media channels.
- Develop long‑term objectives and actionable strategies for brand visibility.
- Maintain editorial calendars and monitor online conversations.
- Participate in discussions to enhance customer satisfaction and support e‑commerce initiatives.
- Integrate property‑specific and brand messaging into compelling content.
- Measure and report the impact of digital activities on overall business performance.
- Adhere to company policies, safety reporting, and guest service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or social media.
