About the role
As a Marketing Manager at H&M Group, you will translate global brand strategies into locally relevant plans, drive customer growth and ensure strong business results through data‑driven decisions and effective investment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead brand growth in the sales market, balancing global strategies with local insights.
- Develop and execute a customer, marketing and communications plan tailored to local relevance.
- Secure short‑ and long‑term growth of the customer base, sales and brand presence using an omni‑channel approach.
- Drive key KPIs such as NCA, traffic and conversion rate.
- Align local loyalty activation with global directives while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Allocate and monitor marketing investments across media, PR, content production and customer engagement.
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver world‑class customer experiences.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 8‑10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions.
- Proven track record of delivering customer‑centric results across brand, communications and media.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with omni‑channel marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
