Media Planner Specialist

About the role

The Media Planner Specialist supports the Media Manager and Media Coordinator in designing and executing advertising campaigns. You will analyse historical data, recommend optimal offline and online channels, and ensure all media activities align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance of all media‑planning activities with established brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning institutional communication across offline and online channels.
• Coordinate the set‑up and creative production of campaigns, maintaining brand coherence.
• Evaluate, measure and optimise channel performance against defined KPIs.
• Monitor campaign media activities to achieve expected objectives for each brand.
• Promote the adoption of digital technologies within the media‑planning process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or a related role, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal Brand and Digital Marketing teams and external agencies.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in the fashion industry.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
