Mid DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level DevOps Engineer to help design, deploy and operate cloud‑native infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams to enable continuous integration and delivery while ensuring high availability, performance and security of our Kubernetes‑based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud‑native architectures on Kubernetes, focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Implement and maintain Terraform (or OpenTofu) infrastructure‑as‑code for consistent cloud resource provisioning.
• Develop GitOps workflows using Flux or similar tools to automate application deployments.
• Support container hosting environments, including pod, service and deployment management.
• Configure networking components such as load balancers, ingress controllers and service meshes.
• Participate in incident and problem management, driving automation and self‑healing solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to align infrastructure with application requirements.
• Monitor and improve system performance using Prometheus, Grafana and the Kubernetes dashboard.
• Review security vulnerabilities, contribute to remediation and ensure compliance.
• Provide third‑line on‑call support for critical applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Kubernetes (cluster, networking, pod and service management).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, micro‑services and containerization.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Docker images.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
