Operations Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

Luca Faloni is seeking a senior, hands‑on Operations Manager to lead logistics, supply chain, and warehouse functions for its luxury menswear brand. The role ensures smooth, efficient operations across inbound and outbound flows, aligning production, distribution, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transport planning, carrier coordination and delivery performance for retail and e‑commerce.
• Define and drive the overall supply‑chain strategy, ensuring alignment with suppliers, production partners and warehouse operations.
• Lead daily warehouse activities, team organisation, and execution standards.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, monitor service levels, lead times, stock accuracy and logistics costs.
• Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure accurately reflects operational processes and supports day‑to‑day activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational decisions, providing clarity and direction.

Required profile

• Solid experience in logistics, supply‑chain or operations management (e.g., Operations Manager, Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse/Plant Manager).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, structure work on the floor and improve processes.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
