About the role

Join Bosch as a PLC Controls Technician and receive a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. You will design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC‑controlled systems using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, supporting manufacturing operations with advanced diagnostics and system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, program, and maintain PLC systems according to corporate standards.
• Develop and support HMI applications for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Modify PLC programs and manage communications with industrial devices.
• Diagnose and resolve vision system issues (Cognex, Keyence) and servo drive systems (Rexroth, Siemens).
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Support mechanical troubleshooting and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest system improvements.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes.
