Pre‑School EY English Teacher

About the role

Florence Bilingual School is seeking an experienced Early Years (EY) English Teacher to join its vibrant preschool team. The role involves creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where young learners develop confidence, curiosity and a love for language.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons that align with the school’s bilingual curriculum.
• Observe, assess and record each child’s progress, providing feedback to families.
• Foster social and emotional development through play‑based activities and positive relationships.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure consistent safeguarding standards.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in early years or preschool education.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Commitment to the school’s values of creativity, autonomy and global perspective.
• Ability to work effectively with children, families and colleagues.
