Production AI Innovation Lead – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE Academy is seeking a Production AI Innovation Lead to shape the future of learning content creation. This remote contract position sits at the crossroads of design, AI experimentation, and education, driving the development of scalable workflows for the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
• Refine and standardize workflows until output quality meets established standards.
• Document processes and create training materials for the production team.
• Train team members on validated tools and new processes.
• Build courses and learning assets using the newly developed workflows.
• Own the full cycle from strategy and testing to operationalization and delivery.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with independent experimentation and systems thinking.
• Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
• Strong self‑organization and capability to run open‑ended initiatives with minimal direction.
