Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to ensure our installations run smoothly and deliver semi‑finished products that meet strict specifications. You will follow established procedures, monitor equipment, and collaborate with other operators to keep production flowing efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations according to standard procedures, including serving pumps and opening/closing taps.
• Respond to alerts, perform small maintenance tasks, and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger jobs.
• Conduct quality checks, identify non‑conformities, and work with colleagues to ensure product quality.
• Control production output and record all relevant data in the designated IT system.
• Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to maintain continuous production.
• Ensure the use and proper care of personal protective equipment in line with safety policies.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience.
• Previous experience in a similar production role.
• Ability to read and understand technical English documentation.
