Project Manager – EV Infrastructure

About the role

Swish is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects in Padua. You will work closely with senior project managers, technical teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality installations on time and within budget, while also handling service escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support all project phases – planning, design, installation and commissioning.
• Monitor timelines, costs and resources; prepare reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage initial service escalations, communicate with customers and analyse recurring issues.
• Assist maintenance planning and coordination activities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and contribute to client presentations.
• Handle permits, perform quality checks and support compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in electrical systems, renewable energy or e‑mobility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.

Required skills

• Electrical system installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, including DC chargers.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
