Quality Specialist – Aerospace

About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and regulatory compliance across all aerospace activities. The specialist will work onsite in Switzerland, supporting maintenance, production, design, and continuing airworthiness teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and participate in internal and external audits, including preparing audit checklists.
• Review and update organisational manuals and technical instructions.
• Prepare and deliver internal training and briefings on company procedures and technical topics.
• Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance, Production, Design, and Continuing Airworthiness teams with licensing, authorisations, and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a quality assurance specialist in the aerospace industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part 21 regulations.
• Holder of an active or former Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Practical experience as an inspector or auditor.
• Proven ability to develop handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports.
