About the role
DXC Technology is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join its team in Cagliari. You will work on complex digital transformation projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret client needs and recommend appropriate Salesforce methodologies.
- Design, configure, and deliver data‑driven solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud and Community modules.
- Coordinate and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Support the project manager in client relationship management and project coordination.
Required profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Economics.
- 3–5 years of experience in consultancy firms handling large Italian or international projects.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com modules for Sales and Service processes.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
