Senior Digital Verification Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch Sensortec’s international semiconductor team in Milan and help shape the next generation of consumer and automotive integrated circuits. As a Senior Digital Verification Engineer you will verify advanced mixed‑signal and System‑on‑Chip ASICs using state‑of‑the‑art methodologies and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive First‑Time‑Right quality by designing scalable, reusable verification environments.
• Apply cutting‑edge functional and formal verification techniques to validate digital designs.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple global locations in a distributed development environment.
• Participate throughout the product lifecycle from concept definition to silicon bring‑up and qualification.
• Document and continuously improve verification processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Passionate about technology, innovation and quality, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Self‑driven, quality‑oriented team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• 5+ years of professional ASIC/SoC verification experience or a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient English (C1) communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced ASIC verification methodologies (UVM, formal verification, directed verification).
• Development and debugging of verification environments for complex mixed‑signal or SoC designs.
• Experience with state‑of‑the‑art simulation, verification and EDA tools.
• Analog and mixed‑signal modeling (wreal, MATLAB/Simulink, SystemC).
• Power‑aware verification and simulation (UPF).
• Scripting and automation using Python, Tcl or similar languages.
• Interest in AI‑assisted engineering workflows.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €45,000 and €65,000 for a 40‑hour week.
• Individual performance‑related bonus.
