Senior Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist to lead and develop our overseas financial operations for a global manufacturing group based in Italy. The role combines strategic financial planning, system implementation and cross‑border compliance, providing a key interface between finance, business units and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain overseas financial systems, accounting processes and internal controls in line with group standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Manage tax planning, filing, compliance and audit processes across multiple regions.
• Drive digital transformation of overseas finance systems (e.g., SAP) and multi‑language configuration.
• Oversee subsidiary cash‑flow monitoring, fund planning, allocation and cross‑border treasury.
• Support financial due diligence for investments, financing and M&A projects.
• Lead or support annual audits, transfer‑pricing documentation and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of finance experience in a large manufacturing or group environment, with proven overseas finance exposure.
• Eligibility to work locally in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of CAS and IFRS; familiarity with local accounting standards and tax laws in at least one major overseas market.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
