Senior Test Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a senior Test Manager to own the end‑to‑end testing strategy for the OneFinance 2026 Finance Transformation Program. You will lead a dedicated test team, design test automation frameworks and ensure quality gates are met for multiple country roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and continuously evolve the program‑level test strategy across SIT, Pre‑UAT, UAT and E2E phases.
• Establish quality gates, entry/exit criteria and testing KPIs for each country go‑live.
• Build, lead and coordinate a team of test analysts and automation engineers, assigning ownership by workstream (FI/CO, P2P, integrations).
• Design and develop an automation framework for SAP S/4HANA and its integrations, championing AI‑assisted test case generation and regression suite maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate System Integration Testing across SAP, Ivalua, ServiceNow, Tagetik and SAP FPSL/GLPD interfaces.
• Track defect resolution, collaborate with functional leads, integration teams and the IT Program Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test management for large‑scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing test teams in a multi‑country rollout environment.
• Deep understanding of finance, procurement and shared services processes.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑augmented testing or advanced test automation techniques.
