About the role

We are looking for a super‑creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence of our luxury lifestyle portfolio. Based in Florence, you will shape the brand’s voice across all platforms, turning our philosophy into refined and engaging storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of all social media channels for the Group.
• Plan, curate and publish content that reflects the brand’s identity, tone and seasonal narratives.
• Support photo and video production, coordinating internal teams and external creatives.
• Maintain visual and editorial consistency, ensuring luxury‑level communication.
• Engage with the global community, fostering timely and meaningful interactions.
• Amplify marketing campaigns, launches, events and commercial initiatives through social media.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators and strategic partners to expand reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage editorial calendars, workflows and digital asset organization.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities.
