Solution Implementation Consultant (French Speaking)

About the role

CoreView is seeking a Solution Implementation Consultant who is fluent in French to guide clients through the deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CoreView platform and Microsoft 365 environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring rapid value realization and long‑term success for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for Microsoft 365 tenants, including configuration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Design and deliver tailored automation and orchestration solutions that enhance security and governance.
• Produce and maintain detailed project documentation such as statements of work, delivery plans, runbooks, and status reports.
• Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and account teams to resolve technical issues and improve the solution.
• Provide thought leadership and become a subject‑matter expert on CoreView and Microsoft 365 for both internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SaaS or IT consulting projects, preferably with M365 tenant migrations or large‑scale cloud transformations.
• Strong ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, capable of interacting with technical staff and executives.
• Effective multitasking and project management capabilities, handling several client engagements simultaneously.
