Missions principales

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Optimize job postings and manage candidate sourcing across various platforms like Indeed.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to maintain a high-quality talent pool.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and efficiency.
• Achieve a consistent hiring target of four qualified hires every two weeks.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed, and fast-moving startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time zones.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting strict hiring targets.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
