Team Manager – Permanent Contract – Milan

About the role

Jacquemus is seeking a permanent Team Manager for its Rinascente Milan store. You will be the driving force behind sales performance, team engagement and operational excellence, embodying the brand’s DNA while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire the sales floor team, fostering a positive, energetic and high‑performing environment.
• Coach and develop Client Advisors through regular feedback, on‑the‑spot coaching and role‑modeling.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure rapid integration and operational efficiency.
• Act as a strong relay between the team and store management, maintaining alignment with Jacquemus values.
• Deliver warm, personalized and memorable client experiences, adapting service level to an international and demanding seasonal clientele.
• Support the team in building strong client‑eling habits and long‑term client relationships.
• Be actively present on the floor during peak hours to drive engagement, conversion and client satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through active floor presence and operational rigor.
