About the role
The Trade Marketing & Sales Insights Manager will support the Trade Marketing Manager and the OT DX Manager in shaping the channel strategy across all brands. The role focuses on identifying new investment opportunities, defining engagement models, and driving data‑based decisions to boost sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead channel insights, providing sell‑in and sell‑out analysis to explain performance and guide future plans.
- Conduct research to uncover gaps and opportunities, coordinating with external providers such as GFK, Circana, IRI, and Nielsen.
- Support sales and revenue teams with data, listings, and price monitoring.
- Drive segmentation of POS and geographical areas to pinpoint high‑potential targets.
- Collaborate with the DX OT Manager to draft the channel strategy and define the “picture of success” for selected POS.
- Design incentive plans and commercial corridors in partnership with the OT Manager and sales leads.
- Act as the point of reference for digital sales tools, leading implementation of new solutions and optimizing existing ones.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Experience with Nielsen data.
- Experience with IRI data.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
