Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes that support the hotel’s mission, vision and service standards. Working closely with property leadership, the role ensures that all learning initiatives are aligned with business objectives and enhance guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programmes across the property.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula and develop custom and corporate training content.
• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and assess transfer of learning to operational performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate technical and leadership skill development.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and continuously improve training based on guest feedback and performance data.
• Develop training plans and budgets that align with the organisation’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Certified trainer qualification.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
