Training Manager – South Europe

About the role

Le Creuset is seeking a Training Manager for South Europe to design, develop and deliver high‑impact learning programs for retail and wholesale teams. You will enhance product knowledge, sales techniques and KPI literacy, empowering staff to drive commercial performance while delivering a premium consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build regional training programs from scratch, aligned with business priorities and global brand standards.
• Create structured, role‑based learning paths that reflect employees’ seniority and operational realities.
• Develop engaging training content covering product craftsmanship, innovation, brand storytelling, sales conversion, up‑selling, cross‑selling and KPI literacy.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Communication and Category Merchandiser teams to ensure accurate and relevant material.
• Deliver training through in‑person, virtual and blended formats, adapting to different audiences and markets.
• Organise all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue selection, set‑up, coordination and material shipping.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail environments, preferably within a premium or lifestyle brand.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly autonomous, structured and capable of building programs from the ground up.
• Proven ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve commercial targets.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
