About the role
Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager who is fluent in Chinese. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will focus 100% on acquiring new partners and driving revenue growth across our marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, arranging in‑person meetings when appropriate.
- Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide market‑trend feedback and insights to the commercial team.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log outcomes in the CRM.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills for outreach and partnership building.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end sales processes.
- Analytical mindset for cost‑benefit and needs assessments.
- Collaborative approach to work with cross‑functional teams.
