Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager who is fluent in Chinese. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will focus 100% on acquiring new partners and driving revenue growth across our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, arranging in‑person meetings when appropriate.
• Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market‑trend feedback and insights to the commercial team.
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log outcomes in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners.
