Business Development Manager – Italy (South)

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales and partnership growth for RateHawk in Southern Italy. The role is fully remote, targeting candidates based in Sicily, and focuses on acquiring new travel partners and strengthening existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and expand RateHawk’s presence in the assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard and train new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs and OTAs.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing system training and support.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring proper documentation, technical setup and compliance with payment terms.
- Travel up to 40‑50 % of the time for client meetings, industry events and business trips.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity, delivering regular reports via CRM and internal tools.
- Initiate API integration projects with prospective and current partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in travel, IT or e‑commerce.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision making and KPI tracking.
- Proactive, results‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑changing tech environment.
