About the role

Join Porsche Consulting as a Corporate Strategy Consultant and work directly with C‑level executives to shape the strategic direction of leading organisations. You will be responsible for turning complex analyses into actionable decisions and seeing your recommendations implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Lead national and international projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across industries.
• Own full workstreams from problem structuring to decision making and execution.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Integrate advanced analytics and AI into problem solving to create client value.
• Develop corporate strategies, business models, and growth opportunities.
• Shape digital transformation initiatives, including strategy definition and operating models.
• Convert strategic directions into pragmatic implementation plans and drive organisational transformation.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team development and mentoring.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting with full ownership of workstreams.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver decision‑ready outcomes.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and driving alignment and action.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Outstanding academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
