About the role
The Customer Service Representative – Key Accounts will act as the first point of contact for our Global, Regional and Local key account clients. You will ensure a high‑quality service experience by handling queries, resolving issues promptly and promoting self‑service tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide premium care and maintain high service levels for key accounts through Service Cloud and other channels.
- Promote and guide customers on the use of self‑service and e‑commerce tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Administration team, Key Account Support and Key Account Specialists, escalating cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Adapt to evolving digital transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong business awareness and customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud (Salesforce) platform.
