About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Crew member to join the Generator Venice team. You will work across our bar, café and kitchen areas, delivering a memorable experience for guests in a vibrant, socially‑driven hostel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the F&B Supervisor/Manager and follow their direction.
• Be assigned to a specific outlet (Bar, Café or Kitchen) while remaining flexible to cover other areas as needed.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and food, offering a distinctive experience to guests.
• Take ownership of the guest journey, responding quickly and efficiently to all requests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately during shifts.
• Comply with company policies, including fire safety, health & safety and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, vibrant and social atmosphere.

• Motivated, organised and a genuine people‑person.

Required skills

• Experience in coffee preparation and food service.
• Cash handling proficiency.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
