Food & Beverage Crew Member

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Crew member to join Generator Venice’s vibrant F&B team. You will help create memorable experiences for guests across our bar, café and kitchen outlets while embodying the brand’s lively, social atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the F&B Supervisor/Manager and work within the Bar, Café or Kitchen, with flexibility to move between outlets as needed.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and food, maintaining the brand’s standards of taste and presentation.
• Take ownership of the guest journey, responding quickly and efficiently to all requests with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all company policies, including fire safety and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak periods.

Required profile

• Motivated, organised and passionate about food and beverage.
• People‑oriented with a genuine desire to contribute to a fast‑moving hospitality brand.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on‑site environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Required skills

• Barista and coffee preparation expertise.
• Food service experience in a café, bar or kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety and fire‑safety compliance.
