Financial Controller – Headquarters (Bolzano)

About the role

The Finance Commercial Controlling team at a leading multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Controller to join its headquarters in Bolzano. You will play a key role in monitoring profitability, supporting commercial functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business profitability by market, channel and product, and collaborate on commercial stock management.
• Participate in month‑end, business plan, budget and forecast activities, including analysis of commercial figures.
• Manage monthly and year‑end closing together with the accounting department.
• Provide financial analysis to Sales and Customer Service, conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Support implementation of new systems such as SAP PS and order‑portfolio management tools.
• Assist in developing new reports aligned with updated standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Advanced English (B2) and proficiency in all MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in auditing or accounting.
• Ability to work in an international team and adapt to a high‑level training program.
