Freelance Business Travel Specialist

About the role

Kampaay is looking for a Freelance Business Travel Specialist to join its Event Excellence team. You will support the planning and execution of corporate travel arrangements that complement event organization, working closely with sales and engineering colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels and transfers.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm and adjust reservations.
• Assist the Event Excellence team with logistical tasks related to event organization.
• Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries and expenses.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in event management or travel coordination.
• Currently working as a freelancer with part‑time availability.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who can handle secretarial and organizational tasks.
• Fluent in English and Italian (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
