About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Tech Customer Support Specialist to join Octorate’s Customer Success team in Rome. In this hybrid position you will act as a strategic partner for hotel and property‑management clients, guiding them through digital transformation and helping them maximise direct bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients, ensuring optimal configuration of the Octorate platform.
- Provide expert assistance via chat, email and phone to French‑speaking markets.
- Consult clients on best practices to increase direct bookings using Octorate.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and collaborate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest enhancements.
- Maintain and update French help‑center documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Support training sessions and conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (C1 minimum), with professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, property management, travel tech/SaaS).
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup, attending the Rome office regularly.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in French, Italian and English.
- Customer support experience in a SaaS environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and ability to document processes.
