Graduate Talent Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Talent Manager to join Bending Spoons, a fast‑growing digital company that builds and operates its own products. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, work with AI‑enabled tools, and help maintain a high talent bar across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting loop from sourcing to final decision, leveraging AI and modern tooling.
• Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels.
• Design and run structured assessments – tests, interviews and other evaluation methods – to produce clear hiring signals.
• Rigorously assess candidates to ensure every hire meets the company’s high standards.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows for speed, scalability and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: can solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to raise personal standards.
• Team spirit: generous, supportive of the best ideas, willing to get hands dirty, reliable and transparent.
• Proficiency in English – reading, writing and speaking.
