Guest Relations Specialist – Experimental Roma

About the role

As the primary point of contact for guests at Experimental Roma, you will shape every moment of the guest journey, from pre‑arrival to post‑stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role is pivotal in delivering the brand’s signature blend of elegance, creativity, and Italian hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a personalized welcome and anticipate guest preferences throughout the stay.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up, including in‑room accompaniment, service presentation, and interaction in common areas.
• Handle requests, resolve unforeseen situations, and coordinate internal and external services.
• Manage complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Update guest profiles and conduct pre‑arrival research to tailor the welcome.
• Act as liaison between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Spa, and Management.
• Support operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out, room inspections, and occasional bar or breakfast service.
• Represent the property’s image with professionalism, elegance, and warmth.
• Promote hotel services and organize tailor‑made experiences for guests, especially VIPs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest relations or front‑office roles within luxury hotels or boutique properties.
• Strong orientation toward service excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
