In‑Store Trainer – Luxury Retail

About the role
As the first Prada Ambassador in the Florence store, you will nurture a culture of empathy, warmth, passion and proactivity while supporting the Store Manager in achieving business and qualitative goals. You will design, deliver and cascade training programmes that align with global, local and store priorities, fostering a continuous learning environment for all client advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop action plans at store and individual levels.
- Deliver in‑store training sessions, coaching moments, daily briefings and best‑practice sharing.
- Collaborate with merchandising, CRM, events and other retail functions to organise joint training activities.
- Perform team gap analysis, create coaching plans and provide ongoing feedback.
- Ensure full rollout of brand, client journey and product knowledge content.
- Monitor training quality, impact and retention, promoting self‑learning through digital tools.
- Lead a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback and coaching for client advisors and store leadership.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, coordinating with HR for seamless induction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in learning & development, human resources, psychology or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
- 4+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
- Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
- In‑depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
