About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and executes the technical, mechanical, and overall maintenance operations for a residential community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations for the community.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces to high standards.
• Oversee maintenance staff, schedule work, and coordinate service requests from residents.
• Diagnose defects, complete work orders, and perform repairs in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Greystar’s service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced residential environment.
