National Account Manager – Ice Cream

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead our ice‑cream portfolio across the discount channel. You will be responsible for developing and executing channel plans, coordinating internal teams, and nurturing commercial relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and lead negotiations with national accounts.
• Develop full‑year sales plans, monitor progress and adjust tactics.
• Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution.
• Manage promotional programmes defined by Trade Marketing.
• Understand customer needs, resolve complaints promptly and ensure high service levels.
• Maintain internal communication between clients and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong result orientation with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Minimum 7‑8 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
