Procurement Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

Marchesi 1824, the Prada Group’s new Food & Beverage brand, is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and supply of raw materials, finished products and beverages. The role supports daily store operations and the development of new menu concepts while ensuring quality, compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials, semi‑finished goods and beverages across the F&B portfolio.
• Plan orders in collaboration with Operations and Production, monitoring demand and stock levels.
• Support the development and launch of new products, seasonal items and special projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, food safety, certifications and traceability.
• Scout, select and qualify local and international suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and monitor performance.
• Control food cost, analyse variances and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, stock management and supply chain flows between suppliers, warehouses and stores.
• Maintain item master data, price lists and procurement reporting using ERP and Excel.
• Prepare reports on category performance and contribute to strategic projects such as new openings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of food supply chains, cost dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent analytical mindset and project coordination skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in retail, luxury or organized food‑service environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
