Purchasing Specialist – Materials Management (SAP)

About the role

Cartier is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join its Scandicci team. You will support material management for leather products, ensuring seamless flow from suppliers to production through SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver material and accessory orders on SAP, monitor stock levels and purchase progress.
• Identify quality or delivery risks early and apply corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate supplier tests, verify ready materials and support inspection activities.
• Review and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
• Enter material pricing data into SAP.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows.
• Analyze warehouse stock and leftovers, producing regular reports.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers to source required materials for production.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supply‑chain experience in the luxury sector.
• Strong command of SAP.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
