Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee end‑to‑end retail operations across the designated region, building a standardized system that drives efficiency, consistency and sustainable growth. This role collaborates with retail teams in multiple countries to ensure visual merchandising, project delivery and data‑driven decision making align with corporate targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain unified visual merchandising (VM) standards, visual guidelines and display strategies tailored to local market habits.
• Guide and audit the implementation of VM standards in regional stores, providing training and regular reviews to improve visual appeal and sales conversion.
• Lead retail projects by defining strategies, execution plans and monitoring progress to meet sales and performance targets.
• Manage daily operation, maintenance, permission settings and process optimisation of the regional retail operations system.
• Establish a regional data monitoring framework, collect and analyse core retail metrics (sales, inventory, conversion) and produce review reports.
• Identify operational issues through data insights and propose targeted optimisation solutions.
• Coordinate with cross‑regional retail execution teams, set up communication mechanisms and allocate resources efficiently.
• Streamline and improve retail operation policies, workflows and capability building initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple countries and departments.
• Detail‑oriented approach to visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
