About the role
We are seeking a strategic Sales Capabilities Manager to lead the global sales training ecosystem from our headquarters in Genoa. You will shape the way our Customer Center teams tell the Costa story, driving conversion, customer value and overall commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve the global Sales Capabilities strategy, introducing innovative training frameworks and methodologies.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise cross‑market training programmes for Italian, French, DACH, Spanish and Brazilian teams.
- Align training initiatives with revenue forecasts, booking curves and market‑specific sales strategies.
- Use data such as customer voice surveys and performance KPIs to set training priorities and measure impact.
- Monitor training effectiveness through pre/post tests, satisfaction surveys and performance metrics, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team leaders, managers and international stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence across markets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in designing and delivering large‑scale sales training or enablement programmes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable training plans.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Leadership experience managing multicultural training teams.
Required skills
- Experience with training design methodologies and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in KPI tracking, data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer‑centric storytelling techniques.
