About the role
Join GTS Digital, the technology arm of Baker Hughes, to lead the full proposal lifecycle for cutting‑edge digital solutions that support the global energy transition. You will work closely with sales, engineering, legal, finance and execution teams to deliver compelling, compliant offers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the proposal process, including development, risk assessment, pricing, negotiations and issue resolution.
- Lead deal structuring by creatively combining commercial and technical elements and handling contractual matters.
- Own proposal strategy, compile tender documentation, and organize Bid‑to‑Win or Risk Review sessions.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to design commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional engagements with engineering, legal, risk, finance and other stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, completeness and timely delivery throughout the proposal cycle while adhering to Baker Hughes processes and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited university.
- Strong interest in digital solutions and commitment to the energy transition.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Self‑starter with high motivation, leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
